7 天全額退款7-Day Full Refund
如果你在購買後 7 天內對產品效果不滿意，可以隨時發送郵件至 winnie@winniew.com 申請全額退款，我們將無條件原路退回你的支付款項。已下載的數字商品同樣適用本條政策。If you are not satisfied with a product within 7 days of purchase, email winnie@winniew.com at any time to request a full refund, and we will return your payment in full to the original payment method, no questions asked. Downloaded digital products are covered by this same policy.
如何申請與到賬時間How to Apply and When You Get It Back
來信請附上你的訂單 Email，以便我們核對訂單。退款確認後將原路退回；實際到賬時間取決於你的發卡行或 PayPal 的處理速度。Please include your order email so we can locate your order. Once confirmed, the refund goes back to the original payment method; the exact arrival time depends on your card issuer or PayPal processing.
歐盟消費者：數字內容撤回權EU Consumers: Digital Content Withdrawal
依歐盟消費者權益規定，數字內容原則上享有 14 天撤回權；但一旦在你明確同意的情況下開始下載或串流，撤回權即失效（數字內容豁免規則）。上述 7 天退款政策不受此影響，仍可依本政策申請。Under EU consumer rules, digital content normally carries a 14-day right of withdrawal; however, once download or streaming begins with your explicit consent, that right no longer applies (the digital content exemption). The 7-day refund policy above is unaffected and remains available.
